Methanika®: Natural. Efficient. Economical.
Methanika® combines natural microorganisms with enzymes, coenzymes, and plant extracts. This mixture activates and supports the microbial processes that are crucial for biogas formation.
How it works:
Complex organic substances are converted into simple substances more quickly. The microorganisms responsible for methane formation are specifically activated. The methanogenic phase is stabilized and optimized. This means more gas and less residue.
The result is not only a higher energy yield, but also better quality fermentation residues. The environment is sustainably relieved and your business benefits.
The microorganisms used in Methanika® are free of chemical additives, GMO-free, and classified as non-hazardous organisms (Class 1) by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Easy to use in just three steps:
Methanika® 1
Lipoprotein activator: milk powder
Methanika® 2
Microbial enzyme blend: freeze-dried powder made from natural microorganisms
Methanika® 3
Liquid activator consisting of demineralized water and algae extracts
The frequency of application varies depending on the system. We will be happy to advise you individually.
The first results will be visible within four weeks.
Methanika® is a 100% natural product based on microorganisms that increases activity in biogas plants. It ensures that you can generate more energy with your biogas plant in less time.
Chemicals are classified according to their physical, health, and environmental hazards. These hazards are indicated by specific labels and safety data sheets (SDS). The GHS (Globally Harmonized System) has standardized hazard warnings worldwide so that users of the information (production employees, first responders, and consumers) can better understand the hazards of the chemicals used. In the EU, the principles of the GHS are ratified in Regulation EU-1272/2008 (CLP). According to this regulation, Methanika® does not need to be classified or labeled according to its physical and chemical properties, health and environmental effects, and does not require a safety data sheet. Methanika® consists only of naturally occurring, non-hazardous organisms (WHO Class 1).
1. The microorganisms Methanika® 1 and 2 can be activated at a temperature of 37 to 39 degrees Celsius in about an hour with 10 liters of clean water per kit. 2. Mix well and filter, then dilute with the recommended amount of water depending on the size of the biogas plant. Add the liquid solution Methanika® 3 and mix well again. 3. Slowly pour the solution directly into the inlet channel of the biogas plant.
